1. Acceptance of Terms

By accessing, registering on, or using any part of the ud888 platform — including the website at ud888.org, any associated mobile applications, and all games, wagering services, promotions, and customer support services — you acknowledge that you have read, understood, and agree to be bound by these Terms & Conditions in their entirety, together with our Privacy Policy and Responsible Gaming Policy, which are incorporated herein by reference.

These Terms & Conditions apply to all users of the ud888 platform regardless of the device, browser, or connection method used to access it. Your continued use of ud888 following the publication of any updates to these Terms constitutes your acceptance of the amended Terms.

2. Eligibility

Access to and use of the ud888 platform is subject to the following eligibility requirements, all of which must be satisfied simultaneously:

• You must be at least 21 years of age. Under Philippine law and applicable gaming regulations, participation in online casino-style gambling is restricted to individuals aged 21 and above. ud888 strictly enforces this requirement and will verify your age through the Know Your Customer (KYC) process before processing any withdrawal.
• You must be located in a jurisdiction where online gambling is permitted under applicable law. It is your responsibility to ensure that accessing and using ud888 is lawful in your location.
• You must not be a current employee, officer, director, or immediate family member of ud888 or any of its game providers, affiliates, or service partners.
• You must not be subject to any self-exclusion program — whether voluntary (initiated by you through ud888's responsible gaming tools) or involuntary (imposed by a regulatory authority). Circumventing a self-exclusion is a serious violation of these Terms and will result in immediate account termination and forfeiture of any balance.
• You must have the legal capacity to enter into a binding agreement under Philippine law.

3. Account Registration & Security

Each natural person is permitted to hold only one (1) registered account on ud888. The creation of duplicate, multiple, or otherwise fraudulent accounts is strictly prohibited and constitutes grounds for immediate termination of all associated accounts and forfeiture of all balances therein.

When registering, you agree to provide accurate, current, and complete information, including your full legal name as it appears on your Philippine government-issued identification, your active Philippine mobile number, and a valid email address. You are solely responsible for maintaining the accuracy of this information and must notify ud888 promptly of any changes.

You are solely responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your account credentials, including your password and any OTP codes delivered to your registered mobile number. ud888 will never request your password via any channel — any communication purporting to be from ud888 that requests your password should be treated as fraudulent and reported to support immediately.

ud888 recommends enabling Two-Factor Authentication (2FA) on your account. Any activity occurring through your authenticated account session will be treated as activity authorized by you, irrespective of whether such activity was actually performed by you or by a third party who gained access to your credentials.

4. Deposits & Withdrawals

ud888 accepts deposits via GCash, PayMaya (Maya), BDO, BPI, and Metrobank. The minimum deposit amount is ₱100. All deposits must originate from a payment method registered in your own name — third-party deposits are not permitted.

Withdrawals are processed to the same payment method used for the most recent deposit where technically feasible, or to a verified payment method registered in your name. The minimum withdrawal amount is ₱200. ud888 targets same-day processing for GCash withdrawals for accounts that have completed KYC verification; however, processing times may vary based on banking infrastructure, network conditions, and the volume of pending requests.

ud888 reserves the right to require additional verification documentation before processing any withdrawal, including but not limited to government-issued photo identification, proof of address, and source-of-funds documentation for withdrawals exceeding certain thresholds. These requirements exist to comply with applicable anti-money laundering (AML) regulations and to protect the security of player accounts.

Players are responsible for any applicable taxes on winnings under Philippine law. ud888 does not withhold or remit taxes on behalf of players unless required to do so by applicable law or regulatory directive.

5. Bonuses & Promotions

ud888 offers various bonuses and promotional incentives to eligible players from time to time. Each bonus or promotion is governed by its own specific terms, including wagering requirements, eligible games, minimum deposit thresholds, time limits, and maximum cashout restrictions. These specific terms are published on the respective promotion page and are incorporated by reference into these Terms & Conditions.

In the absence of bonus-specific terms to the contrary, the following general bonus rules apply to all ud888 promotions:

• Bonus funds must be wagered a minimum number of times (the "wagering requirement") before any withdrawal of associated winnings can be processed. The specific wagering requirement applicable to each bonus is stated in the bonus terms.
• Bonuses are personal and non-transferable. They may not be transferred between accounts or converted to cash except in accordance with the applicable bonus terms.
• ud888 reserves the right to modify, suspend, or cancel any bonus or promotion at any time without prior notice, subject to honoring commitments made to players who have already claimed and begun wagering a particular bonus.
• Evidence of bonus abuse — including but not limited to the use of multiple accounts to claim single-claim bonuses, collusion between players, or irregular betting patterns inconsistent with genuine gameplay — will result in forfeiture of the bonus and associated winnings, and may result in account suspension.

6. Betting Rules & Game Play

All bets placed on ud888 are final once confirmed by the platform. Players are responsible for verifying bet details — including stake amount, game selection, and bet type — before confirmation. ud888 will not reverse or refund a confirmed bet on the basis of player error except in cases of verified technical malfunction affecting the fairness of the game outcome.

In the event of a game malfunction, void, or disconnection that prevents a game round from completing normally, ud888 reserves the right to void the affected round and return the stake to the player's account balance. ud888 is not liable for losses arising from internet disconnections, device failures, or network interruptions on the player's side.

All game outcomes on ud888 are determined by independently certified Random Number Generation (RNG) systems for RNG games, and by live physical dealing processes for live dealer games. ud888 does not manipulate game outcomes. Game Return-to-Player (RTP) percentages are published by the relevant game providers and are verifiable within each game's information panel.

7. Prohibited Conduct

The following conduct is strictly prohibited on the ud888 platform and constitutes grounds for immediate account suspension, termination, and forfeiture of balances:

• Using automated software, bots, scripts, or any artificial intelligence tools to interact with games or place bets
• Exploiting software bugs, game errors, or loopholes to gain an unfair advantage; any winnings derived from exploitation of known errors are not payable
• Colluding with other players, dealers, or platform employees to manipulate game outcomes
• Using the platform to launder money or engage in any activity that violates the Anti-Money Laundering Act of the Philippines (Republic Act No. 9160, as amended)
• Creating multiple accounts or using another person's account without their express written consent
• Engaging in any form of harassment, threatening behavior, or abusive communication directed at ud888 employees, support agents, or other users
• Misrepresenting your identity, age, location, or source of funds at any point during your registration, verification, or use of the platform

8. Responsible Gaming

ud888 is committed to promoting responsible gambling among all players. In fulfillment of this commitment, ud888 provides the following player protection tools, accessible from your account settings at all times:

• Deposit Limits: Daily, weekly, and monthly caps on total deposits
• Loss Limits: Caps on total net losses within a defined period
• Session Time Reminders: Automatic notifications after 1, 2, or 3 hours of continuous play
• Cooling-Off Period: Temporary account suspension for 24 hours to 30 days, activatable immediately
• Self-Exclusion: Permanent or long-term account closure for a minimum of 6 months

9. Intellectual Property

All content on the ud888 platform — including but not limited to text, graphics, logos, game software, interface design, and promotional materials — is the proprietary property of ud888 or its licensed content providers and is protected by applicable intellectual property laws. You may not reproduce, distribute, modify, publicly display, or create derivative works from any ud888 content without prior written authorization from ud888.

Game content is licensed to ud888 by third-party providers including Pragmatic Play, Evolution Gaming, JILI Games, and PG Soft. These providers retain all intellectual property rights in their respective game titles and software.

10. Limitation of Liability

To the maximum extent permitted by applicable Philippine law, ud888's aggregate liability to any player for any cause of action arising from or related to use of the platform shall not exceed the total amount deposited by that player in the thirty (30) calendar days preceding the event giving rise to the claim.

ud888 shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages arising from your use of the platform, including but not limited to loss of profits, loss of data, or loss of goodwill, even if ud888 has been advised of the possibility of such damages. This limitation does not apply to claims arising from ud888's gross negligence or willful misconduct.

ud888 does not warrant that the platform will operate without interruption, error, or delay at all times. Scheduled maintenance, emergency technical interventions, third-party service disruptions, and force majeure events may affect platform availability. ud888 will endeavor to provide advance notice of scheduled downtime where practicable.

11. Termination & Suspension

ud888 reserves the right to suspend, restrict, or permanently terminate any player account, with or without prior notice, in the following circumstances:

• Violation of any provision of these Terms & Conditions
• Failure to complete KYC verification within the required timeframe
• Reasonable suspicion of fraudulent activity, identity misrepresentation, or money laundering
• Directive from a competent regulatory or law enforcement authority
• Account inactivity exceeding 24 consecutive months (inactive accounts with a positive balance will be notified before any balance adjustment)

Players wishing to voluntarily close their ud888 account may do so by contacting our support team via live chat. Voluntary account closure requests will be processed within five (5) business days. Any remaining balance will be processed for withdrawal to your verified payment method, subject to completion of any applicable wagering requirements on bonus funds.

12. Governing Law & Dispute Resolution

These Terms & Conditions shall be governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of the Republic of the Philippines, without regard to its conflict of law principles. Any dispute arising from or relating to these Terms or your use of the ud888 platform shall be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the competent courts of the Philippines.

Before initiating formal legal proceedings, players are encouraged to first contact ud888's customer support team to seek an informal resolution. ud888 will endeavor to resolve complaints within fourteen (14) calendar days of receipt. If the complaint relates to a regulatory matter under PAGCOR's jurisdiction, players may escalate unresolved disputes to PAGCOR through its official complaint channels.

13. Amendments to These Terms

ud888 reserves the right to amend, update, or replace these Terms & Conditions at any time. When material changes are made, ud888 will notify registered players via email to their registered address and/or via a prominent notice on the platform homepage, with a minimum of seven (7) days' notice before the amended Terms take effect.

Your continued use of the ud888 platform after the effective date of any amendment constitutes your acceptance of the updated Terms. If you do not accept the amended Terms, you must cease using the platform and may request account closure in accordance with Section 11 above.
